The scientific journal of Literary and Social Research, published quarterly in Persian, after obtaining a license from the Ministry of Culture and Islamic Guidance in 1401, welcomes the research findings of all esteemed researchers, university faculty members, and postgraduate students in the following areas:
Theoretical foundations of the sociology of literature, theoretical foundations of sociological criticism and its approaches, criticism and analysis of literary works with a sociological critical approach, the overt and covert influence of literary works on social events and transformations, the influence of cultural traditions and social changes on the formation of a writer's imagination, the representation of society and social changes in the formation of various literary genres, the reflection of social events and hidden societal values in narrative, form, and meaning, the influence of dynasties and governmental institutions, customs, and Iranian culture on the formation of literary works, the social structure and function of literature and the relationship between society and literature and their mutual influence on each other, the evolution of people's social attitudes and the course of thought, beliefs, and ethics in different eras and their reflection in literary works, and other topics consistent with the journal's approach. We hope that with the cooperation and synergy of all experts, colleagues, and esteemed professors, we can fulfill our scientific duty and be effective in developing scientific research and applying new scientific theories in this part of Persian literature and social sciences, which, despite its broad scope, has not yet been specifically examined.
