A) Article Submission Guide

A-1- System Login

To log in to the system, completing the registration form is mandatory.

To register in the system, follow these steps in order:

First, click on the registration option and complete the registration form. Completing items marked with an asterisk is mandatory. Enter your full information (except username and password), preferably in Persian.

Enter your email address carefully. From now on, you will be contacted through this address. After completing and submitting the registration form, your username and password will be sent to your email address. To continue, log in to the system using your username and password. After logging in, change your password. Please note that the username cannot be changed.

If you forget your password, enter your email address in the relevant section. A new password will be sent to your address. It is recommended to change your password after logging into the system.

Do not share your username and password with others. You are responsible for entering correct information. To change your details or address, click on the "View Personal Information" link.

A-2 - Article Submission:

New Article Submissions: In this section, you can submit new articles and complete information for submitted articles.

Articles Requiring Revision: This section displays articles that have been accepted and require revision or are currently under revision. This section also displays a list of articles that, for any reason, were not revised within a one-month period and have been removed from the system. Viewing the latest status of articles accepted by the editorial board and requiring revision and corrections is possible here. It should be noted that articles that are not revised within the specified deadline for any reason will be removed from the system, and if desired, they can be resubmitted to the journal.

Completed Articles: This section displays articles ready for publication.

A-3- New Article Submission

To submit a new article, completing the following information is mandatory:

Select Article Type: Scientific-Research; Scientific-Promotional; Scientific-Review

Enter Title: A short title must also be entered in the relevant section.

Add Author(s) Information

* If the article has more than one author, enter the full author information in the relevant section. If one of these authors is designated as the corresponding author, their registration in the system is essential. All correspondence from the journal office will be with the corresponding author.

Enter Article Abstract: The article abstract should be between 150 and 250 words.

Add Keywords: Keywords should be between 4 and 7 keywords and separated by ";" or ";".

Select Topic: If your article relates to one of the topics available in the topic selection section, select the relevant topic.

Additional Notes: In this section, if any specific explanation regarding the article is necessary, send it to the journal.

Acceptance of Journal Terms and Conditions: To proceed, if you accept the journal's terms and conditions regarding the originality of the research work and non-submission to other journals, check the relevant box. Please note that only articles that have not been published or presented in domestic or foreign journals will be published in this journal. Also, the copyright of the article, after acceptance, is reserved for the journal, and the author is not permitted to publish it elsewhere.

Suggested Reviewers: Authors can suggest reviewers. However, their acceptance is subject to the approval of the editorial board.

Add Files: To register an article in the scientific journals system, submitting the following files is mandatory:

* A letter to the editor requesting article review.

* Checklist file: To ensure all requested items are completed.

* Main article file: This file must be without author details and not exceed 2 MB.

* Tables, charts, and images should also be submitted separately.

* If necessary, enter other relevant documentation for the article.

Complete Article Submission: After completing all information and submitting the files, click on the "Complete Article Submission" link to proceed.

*It should be noted that until the complete information and article submission stage, it is possible to edit the information.

A-3- View Latest Article Status

To view the latest article status, click on the author's personal page.If your article has been fully submitted, it will appear in the "Submitted / Final Articles" section. If your article has been accepted and requires revision, it will be visible in the "Under Revision" section. Articles currently under revision are also viewable here.

b) Guide for Article Preparation and Acceptance

b-1- Conditions and Regulations:

The journal welcomes original research and analytical articles that present innovative, new scientific, and non-plagiarized specialized content or theories, especially articles derived from theses that propose a novel theory.

Only articles that have not been published or presented in domestic or international journals will be published in this journal.

The copyright of the article, once accepted, is reserved for the journal, and the author is not permitted to publish it elsewhere.

The publication of submitted works does not necessarily imply agreement with the authors, and the journal bears no responsibility in this regard.

The journal is free to accept, reject, revise, and edit received articles.

b-2- Dear Author(s), please submit the following information along with the article:

Author(s) full name in Persian and English;

Education level, academic rank, academic department, faculty name, university, and city of the university for the author(s) in Persian and English;

Identification of the corresponding author if there are multiple authors;

Inclusion of the author(s)' email address;

Address, postal code, and fax number of the corresponding author;

Dear authors, please submit the electronic file of the submitted articles along with the publication request and the above information through the journal's system.

Initial acceptance of the article is conditional on adherence to the "Article Preparation Guide," and final acceptance and publication are conditional on approval by the review board. In any case, the result will be communicated to the author.

Articles should be a minimum of 15 and a maximum of 25 pages, and not exceed 8000 words in total. Additionally, the article should be typeset in B Lotus 13 font in Word 2007 and submitted along with a PDF file.

All articles must have a title, abstract (maximum 250 words), and keywords (maximum 7 words) in both Persian and English.

The orthography of the article should be based on the guidelines of the Academy of Persian Language and Literature, and the use of half-space in writing words is mandatory.

Articles should include an introduction, main discussions, conclusion, and a list of references.

Latin equivalents of unfamiliar words and terms should be placed in front of them, in parentheses, and in 12-point font, only once.

Poetic verses should be typed in a table and centered on the page.

Tables, charts, and images should preferably be placed within the text next to their relevant explanations.

b-3- Citation Style

In-text citations should follow the method below:

For references, immediately after a direct quote (within quotation marks), the last name of the author of the book or article, year of publication, volume number, and page number of the source should be placed in parentheses.

Example: (Zarrinkoub, 1391: 118) or (Jozjani, 1389: vol.1/ 135)

Non-Persian in-text citations should follow the same method and be in the original language.

Example: (Dumezil, 1971: 102)

For references, immediately after an indirect quote, the last name of the author of the book or article, year of publication, and volume number should be placed in parentheses. Example: (Haghighi, 1366: vol.1/ 21 - 25)

Quotes taken from an intermediary source should be written as in the example: (Bourdieu, as cited by Rouholamini, 1394: 116).

If an author has published more than one work in a single year, they should be distinguished by adding the letters A, B, P, etc., in Persian, and a, b, etc., in foreign languages, after the year of publication.

If a dictionary or encyclopedia with an editor-in-chief is used, their name, year of publication, and page number should be placed in parentheses. If a specific article is referenced, the author's name, year of publication, and page number of the source should be placed in parentheses. Other than the mentioned cases, the name of the dictionary or encyclopedia, year of publication, and page number of the source should be placed in parentheses.

Repeated references should be indicated with "ibid." Avoid using a line instead of the author's name in references.

References: At the end of the article, first Persian sources and then Latin sources should be listed alphabetically by the author's last name, as follows:

Book: Author(s) last name, Author(s) first name (Year of publication). Title of book in Italic, Translator or editor's name, Volume number, Edition number, Place of publication: Publisher name.

Example: Jozjani, Minhaj Siraj (1391).Tabaqat-i Nasiri, edited by Abdul Hai Habibi, Volume 1, Tehran: Asatir Publishing.

Article: Author's Last Name, Author's First Name (Publication Date). "Article Title", Translator's Name, Journal Name in italics (Iranic), Journal Year, Journal Number, Page Numbers related to the article.

Example: Rouholamini, Mahmoud (1368). "Reflection of Social Stratification in Hafez's Divan", Nameh Olum Ejtemaei, Year 1, Number 2, pp. 191-208.

Online Sources: Author's Last Name, Author's First Name (Access Date). "Article Title", Website Name (or Electronic Journal Title, Volume, Number, Year), Page, URL.
